What happened on Easter night?
A year had passed since choir sang for a high mass, or rather as Dawn put it...'performance'. I still remember having to play guitar for the easter mass. I played terribly man, can feel the whole church looking at me play wrong note or strum awkwardly for the Easter song. And I remembered only 1 person said I played well...that old sister that always sit near us. I dont know her name.Of cos I thought she was just being nice, just being the nice nun she is. The choir then was ok, not too fancy, Dawn was busy trying to form the choir, to conduct and to play the organ. Hm...come to think of it, wah Dawn you are rather capable! Ok so anyway, it was just a normal choir group...
SO WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED LAST NIGHT??????????????
How come the Easter Vigil mass was so wonderfully sang and sung????????????????????
WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY???????????????????
Maybe it's because of Dawn? Who had been putting in so much of her time and effort in making the choir work?
Maybe it's because of Clifford? For helping Dawn to play and to share ideas with her in the way the song should go?
Maybe it's because of the girls? Who tirelessly come for the practices and showing their love and interests in the music?
Maybe it's because of the boys? Who raise their voices happily and for making each practice fun for themselves?
Maybe it's God? Who is enjoying Himself with the Little Chorales and their voices?
Whatever the reason, may all these reasons never end. Because this is what LC is all about, friendship with others, fun with everyone and knowing God at the same time. Now, how rock can that be? Oh no, it doesnt just rock ... it roll!
And whoever dare say that there is no youth group in St Stephen, haven't been to the 10am Sunday mass yet.
Either that or they're crazy!
