Coming up.
The party went well. I think it's a rather decent party, considering its just a church event, planned by volunteers on a budget. It was good fun. Even the bible bingo were alright, but too bad not everyone got a prize though they bingo-ed. I made a mistake, cos I didn't know that the original plan was changed. But still, it's alright. Elvin was natural, the youths helped in giving out the paper and pencils. The nativity scene wasn't too bad either, I thought the choir sang rather well, and Ernestine is showing great potential. Although she can be such a pain at times. haha...
Now for a little update on what's going to happen on the 18th and 19th.
We would be singing for the Children's home at 3pm on 18th, followed by Yam's house in the evening.
On the 19th, we would be going to a Home in the afternoon and then to my house at night.
Then on the 23rd, I suggest we do our Carol-Orchard Night. This is not a performance, but I thought it would be cool to feel the "kazaa-chill" as we roam down orchard road, and as and when we feel like it, we break out into carols. So we can enjoy the lights, have a stroll with our LC-ians and feel the "chills".
And then on 24th, we would have our midnight mass. I hope dawn has everything planned out! But what happens after mass would be our exchanging of presents.
I have already explained to everyone, which is to bring a special present for the special someone you have picked. Do give a decent present for I'm sure the other person would have gotten you a decent one. And at the same time, if you are up to it, do come up with little gifts or cards for the rest of the people.
So far there are 26 people who are involved in our LC present giving thing. So everyone who are serious about this, you have to come up with 24 normal gifts and a special one. It's not a lot of money, because you might want to make some little things.
Speaking of which, it's time for me to start buying....sigh.
Buying 1 is easy, buying 25 is crazy!
